1. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on the DANA Flor website (“DANA Flor”, “we”). By ordering or creating an account you confirm you have read and accept these terms together with our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds policy and Privacy policy.
2. Orders and confirmation
- An order is confirmed once you complete payment and DANA Flor receives the funds. Unpaid orders expire after the time shown on the payment page.
- Flowers are natural and seasonal: colours, bloom size and foliage may differ slightly from photos. If a flower is unavailable we substitute one of equal value and tone, and tell you first if the change is significant.
- Our florist photographs the finished bouquet for your approval via Zalo or message before delivery.
- We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent, contain false details or unlawful requests; any payment is then refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Vietnamese dong (₫). Delivery fees and discounts are shown before you pay.
- DANA Flor accepts bank transfer via VietQR. Transfers are reconciled automatically through SePay; keep the exact amount and transfer note so your order is confirmed instantly.
- If you underpay, pay after the order expired or use a different note, contact us and we will reconcile it manually.
- Discount codes have their own conditions and validity and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Delivery
- We deliver by zone and in the window you choose; see the Shipping policy for fees and timing.
- You are responsible for the recipient's correct name, phone number and address. If the recipient can't be reached the courier will call you for instructions; redelivery caused by wrong details may cost extra.
- At peak times (14 Feb, 8 Mar, 20 Oct, 20 Nov…) or in unusual weather or traffic, delivery times may vary; we will keep you informed.
5. Cancellations and changes
- You can cancel or change an order free of charge before our florists start arranging it. Please call us as early as possible.
- Once flowers are cut and arranged the order can't be cancelled, as fresh flowers can't be resold; we can still change the delivery time or address when possible.
- Remakes and refunds follow our Returns and refunds policy.
6. Accounts
You can order without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Card messages
You provide and are responsible for card messages. DANA Flor may refuse to print content that is offensive or unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
Photos, bouquet designs, logos and content on this website belong to DANA Flor. Please don't reuse them commercially without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, unless the law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics or government decisions.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, including the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights. Complaints are first resolved by negotiation; failing agreement, either party may refer the matter to the competent authority.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our service changes; new versions apply from publication and never retroactively to paid orders.
